The Carter family is overjoyed to welcome Felicia’s new husband, Kaarthik, to the family! Kaar is a special person, I think we knew he’d be in our lives for a while after their first visit Dad and Mom (Jim and Betty) Carter. This past weekend a lot of the family got together there again to celebrate their marriage.

We decided to celebrate our actual anniversary with a picnic at the park where we got married. Luckily the weather was perfect – it was over 80°! We arrived at Bicentennial State Park a little before noon and Daniel headed to the farmers market to pick up lunch while Magnus and I took a walk
