The rain slowed down and it got warmer for the end of our second January in Split. We spent it walking as much as possible. We took some long night walks at the beach, we visited a beautiful park in the middle of Solin, and we went to one of Cirrus’ favorite places, Žrnovnica River.

December Wrap Up

Time moves funny these days. I still can’t believe it’s December, and December is over already. Last year December was a whirlwind of travel. We drove from Nashville to New York, then took our first Transatlantic Crossing from New York to Southampton, UK. We then traveled across Europe to settle in the beautiful Split, Croatia.

December so far

This first part of December has been restful and busy all at once. We’ve mailed a Christmas package home to family (fingers crossed it arrives). We’ve celebrated Cirrus’ 3rd birthday. There wasn’t much left of November by the time we arrived home from our Italy trip.
