We found a simple pasta recipe from a Instagram creator and Daniel made it his own, making it a little more complicated, but still light and delicious.

  • 4 whole Fresh Tomatoes
  • 1 dash Olive oil
  • 1 large whole Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • to taste Dried or Fresh Basil
  • 1 splash Red wine (or red wine vinegar)
  • dash Salt


Prep Ingredients

  • Dice Onion Very Small
  • Quarter Tomatoes
  • Mince Garlic

Cooking Instructions

  • Put a hearty dash of olive oil, set heat to medium high
  • When hot, fry onions
  • When the onions start to get translucent and/or brown, add garlic
  • Fry until fragrant
  • Add wine, cook for a couple of minutes until liquid is bubbling and reducing
  • Lower heat to medium low
  • Add tomatoes, dash of salt, several dashes of basil
  • Cover, let cook 10 minutes

Prepare to Serve

  • After 10 minutes, remove from heat, blend with submersion blender until smooth
  • Serve with pasta of your choice
