Originally from south central Kentucky, we moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2010 for the tech not the twang. In 2023 we packed up and moved to Split, Croatia for a new adventure. After 18 wonderful months in the Adriatic we headed to our next adventure. Back in the states, we're now exploring New England from Providence, RI.

When I was the perfect age for glue sticks my dad let me help finish up the layout for the camera at his print shop. This early experience led me to join the high school yearbook for several of my high school years. I was hooked.

I went into marketing and print design. I've had thousands of my designs in print. The web was growing so I adapted. I became a web accessibility subject matter expert, speaking on the subject several times. I've helped upkeep over 150 websites & application in hands-on technical roles. I've built over 100 websites, over 90 of those I designed from scratch – some of them multiple times.

I have a passion for making the internet accessible for all. I want to help local businesses, non-profits, and communities get a web presence they control and own so they can multiply their abilities and extend their reach.

    Les C&E Apps sont des applications web créées par Daniel. Carter & Ammi Embry. We started building cool things together when the year was mostly zeros.

  • C&E Gives

    Donating custom‑built WordPress websites to nonprofit organizations, providing them with a functional, easy‑to‑manage online presence.

  • Photos de famille de Hartford et Prudie Willis

    A gift to Ammi's Dad. A mostly automated website tied to Google Photo albums so that my paternal family can share historic photos across generations.

I sleep very lightly and having a 13 yr old dog with mobility issues makes me very prone to waking up to puppy noises. Last night the 13 yo woke me up crying quietly. I jumped up to discover... his bed was static shocking him. His Einstein hair was lighting up everytime he moved.1/2 Voir l'original

  • Mon préréglage de tous les jours

    J'utilise ce préréglage naturel depuis des années pour toutes nos photos. Il est naturel, propre et lumineux. Au départ, il s'agissait d'un préréglage que j'avais trouvé, mais j'ai combiné et modifié les paramètres pour qu'il corresponde à ce que je voulais.
