In passato usavamo il macinato 80\/20 in modo da avere un po' di grasso per far aderire il polpettone, poi aggiungevamo il mix di zuppa di cipolle Lipton, il pangrattato comprato in negozio e la salsa di pomodoro.  Con la nostra nuova dieta priva di soia, il Lipton e il pangrattato comprato in negozio sono stati eliminati.
