passer une semaine tranquille \u00e0 la plage. Dauphin Island, en Alabama, est l'endroit id\u00e9al pour passer une semaine tranquille sur la plage, quelle que soit la dur\u00e9e souhait\u00e9e. C'est la plage la plus proche de Nashville, Tennessee. Il y a tr\u00e8s peu d'agitation sur l'\u00eele, quelques magasins et restaurants locaux, c'est tout. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'\u00eele oppos\u00e9 \u00e0 la plage, il y a une r\u00e9serve naturelle, un estuaire, un fort historique et plusieurs beaux parcs. Il y a aussi une superbe piste cyclable sur toute la longueur de l'\u00eele. C'est tout \u00e0 fait dans nos cordes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">J'ai eu une pouss\u00e9e gastrique avant notre d\u00e9part et l'air salin n'a pas aid\u00e9 les premiers jours. Je les ai pass\u00e9s sur le canap\u00e9 \u00e0 regarder et \u00e0 \u00e9couter l'oc\u00e9an. Heureusement, nous avions trouv\u00e9 une maison en bord de mer pour la semaine. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsque j'ai enfin r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9, nous avons v\u00e9cu de merveilleuses aventures sur l'\u00eele. Nous avions apport\u00e9 le v\u00e9lo tandem et la remorque Magnus' et nous les avons utilis\u00e9s pendant deux jours.
