C'est ce que nous avons fait l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Nous avons fait de beaux voyages, nous avons achet\u00e9 un v\u00e9lo tandem et nous avons pass\u00e9 de nombreux week-ends dessus.<\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, je vais continuer \u00e0 \"vivre plus grand\", parce que c'est incroyable. Je vais ajouter \"Oui\" \u00e0 cette vie plus grande. J'ai lu r\u00e9cemment \"The Year of Yes\" de Shonda Rhimes et j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que j'avais besoin de plus de \"Oui\" dans ma vie. Oui aux choses qui me sortent de ma zone de confort, oui aux choses qui m'am\u00e9liorent et me font grandir.<\/p>\n<p>Comment vais-je vivre mon ann\u00e9e du oui ? J'ai commenc\u00e9 par dire oui \u00e0 moi et \u00e0 ce dont j'ai besoin pour \u00eatre en bonne sant\u00e9. J'ai pr\u00e9vu de reprendre mes d\u00e9jeuners hebdomadaires entre amis. Je vais vivre des aventures. Je vais prendre soin de moi en trouvant des limites saines et en m'y tenant. Je vais dire oui aux choses qui me mettent mal \u00e0 l'aise.
